Layaway Starter Form
Filling out the form below will give me enough information to start your Layaway account.

Accepted Payment Methods: Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Order or Cashier Check,
You will be contacted to confirm the Layaway and will be sent a Layaway Invoice for the terms you stated in a PDF
email attachment you can print for your records.
The first payment is a minimum of 10% of the TOTAL purchase price (non refundable) due within 2 weeks
after the date you receive the invoice.
The remaining balance will be divided by the number of months chosen for your Layway.
EXAMPLE Customer Balance $200 10% Down Payment - $20 $180 Divide 3 Month Layaway 3/$180 = $60 Minimum Payment Due - $60.00 per month till Final Balance Due Date Minimum Payments are Due by 15th every month |
Your Final Balance Due Date will be on your invoices which is the end of the Layaway Term.
If the total balance is not paid in full by the Final Balance Due Date and you do not respond to email
asking for the remaining balance to be paid in full, you will receive
a refund of money paid * MINUS the 10% of the TOTAL purchase price that is stated above as "non refundable".
* This is the only penalty as the policy is lenient and 0% interest.
*** Important - If you pay your Layaway balance in full and receive your item and want to return,
you WILL get a full refund when I receive it and the 10% penalty does not apply.
Capodimonte returns have a 25% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund amount.
This is not a "Jerk Fee" for returning, it's to cover my cost in shipping it back to the importer.
Concerning Capodimonte - If you want to put this on layaway, I will need to call the importer about availability.
